Business experience.
Technical responsibility.

Three Bulldogs builds custom software, connects business systems and turns data into reporting people can use. Projects and retainers are led by founder Raj Yadav.

Raj's experience spans hospitality operations, finance, reporting and custom software, including operating work at SoDel Concepts and independent projects in the marine industry. That context matters when a system has to fit payroll rules, a sales process or the decisions an operator makes each week.

Raj leads discovery, technical decisions and delivery. Each engagement defines the scope, review points and support responsibilities, so there is a clear path from the initial problem to a working result.

Selected work reflects Raj's experience across operating roles and independent engagements. Each case identifies the organization, role and evidence behind the result.

From first conversation to ongoing support

Clear scope.
Visible progress.

Raj leads the engagement. The plan makes the responsibilities, review points and next steps clear.

  1. 01 / Agree the work

    Know what is included.

A written scope sets the deliverables, fee, milestones, dependencies and support arrangements before work starts.

  2. 02 / Review the progress

See the work as it develops.

Agreed review points put working versions or findings in front of you. Changes to scope are discussed before they become extra work.

  3. 03 / Keep control

    Have a plan beyond launch.

Testing, operating notes and access arrangements form part of the handover. Ongoing support has a defined scope and review schedule.

A new build, an existing system or a recurring workstream.
