Invoices forwarded to one address are read and filed to the right company. Bills already paid and prices that went up get flagged. The owner approves the week from a phone, big bills take two approvals, the cash the week needs is on screen, and approved bills post to QuickBooks with the invoice attached.

The POS export and tip sheets go in. Each location’s rules are applied, names are matched across systems, missed clock-outs and overtime are flagged, and every tipped employee is tested against minimum wage week by week. Managers sign off from their phones. Files export to ADP, Gusto or QuickBooks Payroll, and each director gets a report.
