01 / The problem

A boat sale has
its own rhythm.

A yacht dealership sells a particular hull to a particular buyer. The process can include a trade-in, a sea trial, a survey and an extended conversation before a deal closes.

Inventory, relationships and the paperwork need to stay connected through that process. A generic pipeline makes people work around the system when the stages do not match the sale.

02 / The build

One connected
deal path.

I built the CRM around the dealership’s actual workflow: inventory and leads in one system, stages that reflect a boat sale, and follow-up that keeps the next conversation visible.

The closing portal continues the same path. Documents, approvals, signatures and the handoff to service live in a tracked flow, so the people involved can see what is ready and what still needs attention.

  • Inventory and buyer relationships stay connected.
  • Stages match inquiry, trial, survey and closing.
  • Documents and approvals have a visible place in the process.
  • The service handoff carries the deal forward.

03 / The value

Less chasing.
More continuity.

The operating improvement is a shared view of the deal and its next step. People can follow the same process instead of piecing together the status from inboxes and shared folders.

The shared workflow gives each handoff a place, from the first inquiry through documents, approvals and service.
