Can you help our team get started with Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. A defined engagement can cover plan selection, workspace setup, approved company material organized into projects, reusable instructions and practical staff training. The company purchases its subscription directly and appoints an internal owner. Access and sharing are configured around the intended users and selected plan.
Should we use Claude or ChatGPT, or build an AI feature?
Claude or ChatGPT can be a useful starting point for work staff can review in a conversation. A custom API integration may fit a task that needs to happen inside an existing application or follow a repeatable process. We test the task first and assess the setup, quality, review effort and running costs before recommending a build.
Can you set up Codex or Claude Code?
Yes. An engagement can cover installation, authentication through your own accounts, repository instructions, scoped tool permissions and a workflow for building, testing and reviewing code. We work through a real task with your team and document how to check changes before they are merged or deployed. Product access and usage limits depend on your plan.
Can you take over software someone else built?
Yes, subject to a review of the code, documentation, access and current issues. That review establishes what needs fixing first and what ongoing responsibility the studio can take on.
What does ongoing ownership include?
The agreed day-to-day responsibility: maintaining an application, running a reporting cycle, looking after an automation or managing another defined workstream. The agreement names the deliverables, capacity and response expectations. Regular reviews keep the priorities visible.
Can I start with a project and add ongoing support?
Yes. A one-time project can include a defined handover, or move into a monthly retainer for maintenance and improvements. We agree the arrangement before the project ends.
Do I need to know which tools to use?
No. Start with the work your team does and what you want to change. The first step is to examine the systems already in use before recommending what to build, connect or replace.
How are support and continuity handled?
The support plan defines the systems covered, actual availability, response expectations and how issues are raised. Coverage requirements are checked during scoping. Operating notes, access arrangements and handover steps make it clear how the work can continue if responsibilities change.
How is retainer progress reviewed?
A regular review covers completed work, open issues and the next priorities. The cadence and capacity are agreed in advance, so ongoing support can be evaluated against the work it delivers.
Can we work together remotely?
Yes. Three Bulldogs is based in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Remote work and any on-site needs are discussed when defining the engagement.
